What are you studying and what year are you in?
First Year in a Bachelor of Arts Majoring in Politics
Is there a personal quote or philosophy that you live by?
“Whatever you are, be a good one”
What do you want to achieve this year?
This year on council I want to create more mandatory topics that are centered on First Nations cultures, societies and people. I want to run more campaigns and ultimately see a decline in racism fueled attacks on campus. I also want to help create more cohesion and participation amongst Indigenous students at Flinders.
What makes you happy?
Ducks and free anything.
If you were an ambassador for a charity, which one would it be and why?
ASYASS – It’s a local charity back home that works to support homeless youth.
Tell us about what you’re organising or contributing to right now?
Social Activities! Getting to know everyone with some “spectacular views of the city” and free food.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself working the hard slug of public service.
What are you recommending to friends at the moment?
House of Cards, Bastardy and M.I.A
Who inspires you?
I tend to stay away from the media when it comes to Indigenous Issues.
