FUSA offers free equipment hire to affiliated clubs. You can see the list of available equipment, however please note that this is continually updated with new equipment.

Subject to availability, equipment can be hired by completing the Event Registration Form. Please note that as equipment is booked out frequently and may be unavailable, under repair or inoperable, it is best to register your event with FUSA as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Clubs must pick up and return equipment to FUSA from/to the specified location during standard business hours, signing out the equipment with the FUSA Administration Team in the FUSA Office (Level 1, Student Hub). As equipment is booked frequently, the equipment must be returned promptly after your booking. Failure to do so may result in a suspension of your club’s access to equipment hire.

Equipment hire is subject to Conditions of Use. Clubs are fully responsible for hired equipment from the time the club checks out the equipment until the club returns and checks in the equipment.

FUSA understands that there may be circumstances where your club accidentally damages the equipment you hire from FUSA. We ask that you notify us immediately to ensure we can organise repair. Provided the club was not negligent, reckless or using equipment in ways other than for its intended purpose, the club will not be charged.  However, if the club fails to notify FUSA of the damage promptly, the club will be charged for repairs irrespective of how the damage was incurred.
