COVID-19 Marshal Notification

  • PLEASE READ: Per the 28th August 2020 update to South Australian Government activity requirements, a COVID Marshal is no longer required for social clubs for most activities. This form is now for the use of FUSA Event Casuals only.  

    If your FUSA affiliated club, association or collective is running a sporting activity, a COVID Marshal may still be required. If your club/association/collective intends to run a sporting activity, please contact for further advice.
