Flinders Student Support Grants

Flinders Student Support Grants provide financial assistance to eligible Flinders students experiencing short-term financial hardship that may affect their ability to continue studying.

Two grant programs are available:

  1. Emergency Student Support Grant: Available year-round to eligible domestic students, with grants of between $500 and $1,000.
  2. Financial Hardship Grant: Available during the second half of the year to eligible domestic and international students, with grants valued at $500.

Eligibility criteria and funding availability apply. Students who are not eligible, or who need other financial support, can contact the FUSA Advocacy and Welfare Service for assistance.

What is FUSA?

The on-campus student organisation that exists for the purpose of representing students’ rights and interests.

FUSA runs both social and advocacy services for students including academic advocacy, financial counselling and other support, as well as housing the Student Council and looking after Clubs and Student Communities on campus.
