Accessing Club Funding

The club can access its General Funding, Start-Up Grant and any approved Pool Funding via the form marked “Access your club funding” on the Manage Your Club page. Please ensure that any funding received, expenses and assets are recorded in the club’s financial records.

Please note that funding will typically be transferred to the club’s account from the Flinders Finance department within 30 days of completing the form. FUSA has no influence over this process and consequently cannot assist with urgent funding requests.

If your club requires additional funding beyond its annual allocation, it may submit an application to the Pool Funding Panel for review. See Applying for additional funding for more information. Please note that Pool Funding applications are subject to review, and approval for additional funding is not guaranteed. Clubs must not commit to expenses to be covered by Pool Funding until formal approval has been provided.
