A variety of equipment is available for event and activity use. Most can be booked by registering your event via the FUSA Event Registration Form with the minimum notice. Refer to the registration form for minimum notice requirements. Equipment hire is subject to availability.
Please note that equipment is not delivered to your event. You are responsible for picking up and returning the equipment to the FUSA Office in the condition you received it. For further queries, please email the Clubs & Student Communities Team at clubs@flinders.edu.au.
Trestle Tables
8 x trestle tables are available for event activity use. These are 183 x 76 x 73cm folding trestle tables. 8 x chairs are also available for hire.
PA Audio System
DB Technologies Portable PA Systems are available for Club use. This system is easy and quick to set up and equipped with a wireless microphone system, audio media player with Bluetooth connection, SD card and USB port, a long-lasting battery, wheels and a retractable top handle.
Portable Bluetooth Speakers
Two Ultimate Ears Boom 3 portable speakers and one Bose SoundLink Mini portable speaker are available to use for smaller settings and where microphone capability is not required.
Lockable Cash Boxes
Lockable cash boxes are available for fundraising, ticket sales and other student requirements.
Ice Box/Eskies
Two 65 litre wheelable eskies are available to keep your food and beverages cool.
Marquee
FUSA owns a Clubs branded marquee that can be used to provide shade, rain protection or just to gain attention. This marquee requires two people at minimum to set up. The marquee is subject to weather conditions (must be packed up in strong wind) and requires approval by the Program Coordinator, Clubs & Student Communities prior to use.

FUSA owns several sandwich boards to promote your event.

Picnic Blankets
Two picnic blankets are available to hire for your events and activities.
Trolleys
Two Clax Carts and one flat bed trolley are available for you to hire to safely and efficiently move merchandise and equipment across campus.
Large First Aid Kit
A first aid kit is available for Club events, activities and excursions. The Large Leisure Kits contains and extensive range of material to ensure you are prepared to deal with any situation from cuts and bites to major bleeding and trauma injuries, and can be worn as a waist bag or shoulder bag if required.
Engraving Tool
An engraving tool is available to mark Club and personal equipment to prevent theft.
Barbecues
2 x BBQs are available for hire. These will be delivered to your location (on campus only) and returned by the Flinders University caretakers provided a minimum of 10 business days has been provided. Gas is provided, however other items (cooking utensils, meat, oil, etc.) are not provided.

Digital Camera
A Canon EOS M50 Mark II Digital Camera is available for Club use. A full list of specifications can be found HERE.
Digital Camcorder
A Canon XA30 Digital Camcorder is available for Club use. A full list of specifications can be found HERE.
Bluetooth EFTPOS Terminals
FUSA can provide access to a Square bluetooth card reader for Clubs to offer EFTPOS payments for their events and activities. This connects via the headphone jack to your portable device. Simply link up the device to the Paypal or Square app on your phone and you’re good to go!
Please note that a Square account is required, which may require an ABN. Square surcharges apply to transactions. It is strongly recommended that you set up an account and ensure the equipment works in advance of when required.
