FUSA Club Printing & Copying Services

A range of print and copy services are available for FUSA-affiliated clubs and societies from within the FUSA Office. Financial and Non-Financially affiliated clubs receive print/copy credit for club-related materials to assist with the cost of these services each year.  This guide outlines club access to print & copy services including printing credit, setting up a printing account, and the processes to use printing, copying and laminating services.

Service location

These services are available via the FUSA Office, Level 1 Student Hub. Please note that services are only available from 9:00am to 5:00pm on standard business days only. Please see the FUSA front desk for access.

• Comb Binding Machine
• A3/A4 Laminator
• Guillotine

Club Credit Limits

FUSA Clubs, Collectives and Academic Associations receive $100 in printing credit each calendar year.

Financially affiliated Clubs, Collectives and Academic Associations that exceed this limit will have excess printing expenditure automatically deducted from their annual club funding.

Non-financially affiliated Clubs that reach this limit will have access to these services restricted for the remainder of the current year.

Pricing

Pricing is set to cover the cost of any materials, ink and maintenance of FUSA’s printing services only. Please report all printing, binding and laminating to the FUSA front desk.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I use FUSA print/copy services for personal or academic use?
A. No. These services are for club-related use only. Printing services for personal or academic use are available in the Flinders University Library or via the computers in the Study Space outside of the FUSA Office.

Q. Can my club purchase additional credit for our account?
Financially affiliated clubs that exceed their limit will have excess charges automatically deducted from their General Funding. It is not possible for Non-Financially Affiliated clubs to purchase additional credit.

 Q. Our printing did not come out the way we wanted, will we still be charged?
A. Yes. It is the responsibility of the club to ensure all documents and print settings are correct before printing.
