COVID-19 Emergency Support
The South Australian Government has made a second round of support payment available to currently enrolled international university students who have experienced financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Flinders University Student Association (FUSA) has been tasked with administering this payment to eligible students enrolled at Flinders University. 

Payments of $500 will be made to eligible applicants.

Eligibility
To be eligible, you must be –

  • A currently enrolled student at Flinders University,
  • An international student living onshore in Australia, and;
  • Be able to demonstrate financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please note:
Please do get your application in early. Applications received after Friday December 11th 2020 may not be processed until mid-January due to the summer closed period.

 

Have you already applied and are you awaiting a reply to your application?

If you have recently applied for the South Australian Government Support Payment, you should have received a copy of your application by email. Due to high demand, there may be some delays in processing your application. In the mean-time please head to the Student System via the Flinders Dashbboard to make sure your banks details are up to date. If you’ve not received a copy of your application by email, please contact Student Assist student.assist@flinders.edu.au
